This week I am very happy with the work done on the SquadS Ventures Investor Report and the session we had afterwards. I closed the week with a spectacular meeting with my friend, mentor and investor Gaston Remy (see post ). In addition, I am very happy with the events we organized at SquadS and at Mental Test Lab.

Below, I share more information about this:

Build Trust
First Investor Report meeting: We had a lot of duplicate work and were late in delivering early. Fortunately, the session went very well. We showed that we optimized costs by 47% and that we expect 100% better revenue than projected by the end of the year. We had 40 minutes to share where we are with SquadS, Inbound Tools, Mental Test Lab, and Boris Returns, followed by 20 minutes for Q&A.

Inbound Tools
I am a little more relieved because we are implementing better with customers, something that was keeping me up at night in the previous weeks. We are very happy with this evolution.

Mental Test Lab
We had a quarter with over 100 conversations with customers. We have a challenge on the monetization side. I am very happy that Martin, Julian and the team are leading new initiatives to validate that the market pays for our solution.

Boris Returns
We are faced with a limitation in market size, but we expect to open the market in Q3 and multiply revenue by 3.

Build Teams
In Q2 we had 8 new Squaders. We are proud that they are not only from Argentina, but also from Colombia, Mexico and Bolivia.


We did the eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score). This measures the probability that an employee would recommend their company as a place to work, evaluating the satisfaction, commitment, loyalty and happiness of a team. The result was 69, but I have doubts about the measurement.

My first question is whether the rating is for recommending to everyone. What happens when someone would recommend, but only to those people who do FIT? This question arose because when we asked why the rating was given, 2 out of 5 neutrals said they would recommend, but only to those who fit the profile.
