What is the penalty for violations in labeling?

Supervisory authorities strictly monitor that market participants comply with the rules for labeling goods. Therefore, an extensive system of penalties has been developed for violations - from fines to criminal liability.
There are two key documents that cover all violations:
Art. 15.12 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offenses
Part 1 of Article 171.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation
There are sanctions that cover all product groups with marking. For example, if there is no marking code on the product:

A legal entity will be fined 50,000–300,000 ₽, and for the alcohol and tobacco categories – 300,000–500,000 ₽
