Anja Gehlken became aware of CentralStationCRM through her actual job in online marketing.
The simple and uncomplicated usability gave her the basic idea. The favorable conditions also enable a non-profit organization to manage its contacts.
And this is done in a very creative way at SCHAKI: Each family is entered as a "company" in the CRM - with address and landline telephone number; the individual family members are entered accordingly as "employees" or people - from the affected child to siblings and parents to grandparents and other participants.
All necessary data is entered in a very disciplined manner, including pictures, individual cell phone numbers and email addresses, birthdays or social media accounts.
The only actual company that is colombia telegram screening managed as a company is the organization itself, in which all important email addresses are listed to simplify email sending. Internet profiles and passwords are also stored centrally here.
Anja Gehlken and Britta Nikolei use the “offer” function to document donations received, and “projects” are SCHAKI’s diverse activities. The individual fields “registration”, “cancellation” and “maybe” make it possible to see the current status of those involved at a glance.
For a long time, only the number of contacts that could be created was a limitation for SCHAKI. With the recent increase to a higher package, contacts from other self-help groups and other families as well as speakers, therapists and doctors can now also be included.
SCHAKI is the largest self-help group for children with strokes and their families nationwide. Volunteers like Anja Gehlken and Britta Nikolei are supported by numerous helpers, both actively on site and through donations of money and goods or press work and advertising.
We are happy to be part of this community and to support SCHAKI behind the scenes with contact management. For the future, we wish SCHAKI continued success and many smiling faces.
