October Review: Improvements in CentralStationCRM

We have already written about the API in a separate article ; roughly speaking, it is now possible to connect external tools and programs with CentralStationCRM or to exchange data with them.
In addition to the programming interface, we have been working on the offers and projects in CRM. Previously, it was only possible to add one contact person per offer or project. This was not ideal, as offers or projects often involve several contacts on the customer side. If you now create a new offer and specify a company, you can directly select the right contact person in the company by ticking the box or use the search function to add additional contacts, for example from a third company involved.

From improving the search (searching for telephone numbers, increasing the relevance of hits) to the display of CentralStationCRM in Microsoft's Internet Explorer to small changes in the forms for creating or editing people and companies, there was a lot to do.
