Post by shahriya699 »

Customer loyalty is what drives repeat visits from your customers both online and in-store. It’s how retailers really start to build a long-term relationship with their customers. And in today’s retail climate, the value of a loyal customer base has never been more evident.

In December 2018, we launched Lightspeed Loyalty , an in-store customer loyalty platform. Today, we’re excited to announce the launch of Lightspeed Loyalty’s new omnichannel solution , which enables retailers to engage and reward their customers through their eCom store, in exactly the same way they do in-store. Lightspeed Loyalty offers the ability to connect online and in-store experiences, allowing shoppers to seamlessly transition between the two.

What's new?
Retailers will now be able to attract repeat customers by:

Offering targeted marketing offers : You can determine whether you want to send a promotion to those who purchased online, in-store, or everyone.
Rewarding ambassadors : find out which customers are most loyal to your business and target them with tailored offers.
Connecting the online and offline experience : No matter where taiwan cp number they made their purchase or signed up for the program, customers can earn and redeem points online or in-store. Retailers can now track their entire loyalty program from a single dashboard.
To learn more about these features and how they can help you grow your business online, speak to one of our loyalty experts today.

Exponential growth thanks to Omni Loyalty
Loyal Tee , a Michigan-based t-shirt shop, was one of the first stores to use Lightspeed Loyalty’s omnichannel solution and realize the scale of the product. “It’s been a game changer for us,” shared Tori, Loyal Tee’s founder. So much so that they’re already moving their store to a location two and a half times larger next month.

“Customers save their points to get free stuff; they come in and end up buying a few more because they get even more rewards.” —Tori from Loyal Tee

For Tori, it's smart retail tools like Lightspeed that give SMBs a fighting chance against giants like Amazon and Target.

What Lightspeed Loyalty's omnichannel solution looks like
Just above the order total on the eCom checkout page, you'll find a new loyalty section asking customers to sign up or log in to their account to start earning points, or to learn more.

A new Rewards tab is now included in every customer account, giving customers an overview of their points and when they can claim their next reward.
