After you send your first message, schedule two follow-ups. You can automate your follow-up emails using a tool like PersistIQ .

I hate to admit it, but years of data prove that the most effective sales teams send multiple emails over several weeks. I know you don’t want to be a nuisance, but persistence wins.

Expect that few prospects will respond to your first email. Then, each follow-up is an opportunity to build more credibility and ultimately get that "great, I'll respond."

This means, don’t waste your follow-up emails with taiwan mobile database meaningless “encountered this” or “confirmation” messages. That’s a dead prompt. Instead, follow up on your initial message: for example, by offering a video that demonstrates your initial pitch. Throughout, continue to focus on their pressing questions.

Email Metrics to Track
When sending cold emails, track and improve at least four metrics:

Open rate – The percentage of emails that are opened. This is a measure of how engaging your subject line is, whether the recipient recognizes you, and whether your email is landing in their inbox instead of in spam.
