The mass transition to remote work caused by the pandemic has made it possible to feel the benefits of this format. And even after the lifting of quarantine restrictions, most are not going to give up remote work. What awaits us? According to Cisco specialists , the future belongs to a hybrid work format that unites employees working in offices, from home or connecting from any other places.
Maxim Repin, head of Cisco's division for lithuania mobile database collaboration technologies in Russia and the CIS, talks about how Cisco technologically supports the hybrid format of collaboration.
Do you agree with the conclusion about the sustainable dominance of the hybrid form of collaboration in the current conditions?
According to our research, 77% of respondents vote for hybrid collaboration options today, with 98% of work meetings expected to involve at least one participant joining remotely from completely different locations. Moreover, the focus on hybrid collaboration, according to PwC research, is prompting about 87% of executives to change their office space strategies in the coming months to accommodate the hybrid workforce.
