Dominoes are prohibited

In our legal system we have many regulations of all kinds, both at national and local level, especially at local level because the municipalities in their Ordinances regulate aspects of daily life, neighbourly coexistence, noise, etc. and all this gives rise to a lot of regulations, some of which are quite shocking.
In this country we like to legislate, so today on our curious Friday we bring you a selection of curious Spanish laws .
In Seville, according to the Ordinance Against Noise Pollution in its article 30.10 section f), playing dominoes is prohibited.
Article 30.10.f) Ordinance: The following are prohibited: f) any type of game or activity likely to generate impact noise, for example dice, dominoes and similar.
Article 10.C.11 Ordinance: It is prohibited to roll or drag beer barrels or switzerland consumer fax list furniture in general inside activity establishments, and they must be transported using elements that prevent the transmission of noise and vibrations to parts of the building not related to the activity.
In 2013, the Madrid City Council, in the Specific Zonal Plan Regulations for Special Acoustic Protection Zones, article 17 establishes: " any musical or similar performance, which is intended to be held within the geographical area of the Special Acoustic Protection Zone, will be subject to municipal authorization. "
Now the Madrid City Council is considering reforming this rule, although it is no longer mandatory for musicians who want to play on the street to pass an exam.
In Zamora you cannot sing in the street
Article 41 of the Ordinance on Citizen Coexistence and Prevention of Vandalism regulates the behaviour of citizens on public roads.
It is prohibited to disturb the rest and tranquility of the neighbors by: singing.
Street games are also regulated and Article 19.4 prohibits " the practice of acrobatics and games of skill with skates, skateboards or bicycles outside the areas designated for that purpose, as well as the use of stairs for pedestrians or any element or installation of street furniture for the aforementioned practices ."
