The principles of the legislation state that digital contents must be POUR, that is:

Perceivable, sensory perception: means that anyone must be able to access digital content with at least one of the senses available to them, in an easy manner;
Operable, Usable : every user czech republic phone number sample must be able to navigate a content with every device at their disposal
Understandable, comprehensible : the user must always be able to understand what he is doing online. This principle includes texts, their complexity and the language used. This must also be accessible.
Robust, robust: that is, the contents must adapt to different devices and innovation.

A practical example
An online store that does not implement an adequate header structure (H1, H2, H3) risks being unusable for those who navigate via screen readers. This could exclude up to 10% of the European population and 21% of the Italian population who live with disabilities, according to Eurostat data.
