What is communication?

Communication , in this case, is one of the marketing tools that, if effective, allows a company to be recognized on the market. Corporate communication, in fact, allows you to create an open , stable and lasting relationship with consumers and stakeholders.

Corporate communication encompasses two fundamental functions:

Brand reputation : or corporate reputation. This term includes the perceptions, expectations and evaluations of consumers who thus express their degree of trust in the company. Brand awareness : or the recognizability of the brand. This term refers to the ability of consumers to remember the brand and connect it to products/services. A high level of awareness? When simple knowledge of the name leads the consumer to choose that brand rather than another.
