Hello
This is Colonel Pupkin regarding the leakage of data from your bank card, dictate your CSV code.
We are sure that you have seen worse scams, and the scammers remained unpunished. Therefore, the state introduced a rule: telecom operators are required to collect data from end users of telephone numbers in order to transfer it to government agencies upon request. It is assumed that this will make it easier to track who owns the number and make claims specifically.
The obligation to provide end-user data has been taiwanese phone numbers imposed on subscribers since 17.11.2018 and is stipulated by subparagraphs in paragraph 69 and subparagraphs in paragraph 116 of the Rules for the Provision of Telephone Services. In 2023, tightening of regulations in the communications sector began due to the increase in fraudulent and terrorist calls. The tightening also affected end-user data, information about which subscribers must now still provide, and operators are required to collect end-user data.
We know that you are running an honest business, but the rules are the same for everyone, so when connecting virtual numbers, we will now request personal data from end users: full name, date of birth, passport details and registration address. This could be any employees who use the numbers - managers, sellers, couriers - anyone.
End user — a person who actually uses communication services. In our case, this is a user of the Personal Account who can make calls from dedicated phone numbers and set up call distribution scenarios. The law uses the term — a person using the subscriber's equipment. You can make the Personal Account administrator the "default end user" and assign connected numbers to him. New numbers will be assigned to him automatically.
To avoid messing around with applications, we have introduced a form for entering data in the Personal Account: it appears when purchasing a virtual number in the “Number Management” interface.
If you already have our numbers connected, you also need to assign users to them in your Personal Account, because on August 1, numbers without assigned end user data will be blocked and subsequently disconnected.
Your personal account will remind you about this when you log in:
Or go to the "Account - End Users" section.
