As much as I like to write, I also like to browse third-party blogs . Sometimes I am afraid of what I am faced with. “What could happen to you” is what I often think when I see some blogs. Blogging does not free us from taking into account the laws in force. There is also a legal space on the Internet that must be respected. Here are my 3 tips to avoid lawsuits for your blog.

Third-party photos : All photos that you have found on a website korea mobile number and used for a post are protected by copyright law. Even photos from free image banks contain a risk because you can never be sure that the photos have always been uploaded by the author or creator. For this reason, I do not use these types of sources for photos. In the case of using photos from Wikipedia, the source and authors must be indicated in the post where they are being used.

Copied texts or posts : I find my articles copied 1:1 on other blogs almost daily. Even if the source is indicated, I would have the right to file a complaint. In my case, I obviously don't do it because I am interested in my articles getting the widest possible distribution . There are many people who surely don't think the same as me. If you want to use my content, there is no problem as long as you indicate the source and put a link to the blog (there are many people who present my content as if it were their own).

Comments on articles : if there are comments that create rumors or defame third parties, you run the risk of being sued because you are the one responsible for the blog. The legislation has changed and will probably continue to change. My advice is very simple: establish some moderation rules for different types of comments . It is your blog, so you decide what you will publish or not.

PS: I am not a lawyer or an expert in Internet legal matters. If you have any questions, I recommend that you contact a specialist.
