Why do marketing research? Because we want to know what country we are reaching out to, what region, what specific users in that region like, why they will connect more, what they can't stand, how old they are, why in our brand they will connect in terms of messaging and imagery, what marketing strategy will work better, what marketing channel the audience is most likely to convert in, and more.

Once we get those ideas, we need to spend the next minute, the next shekel, on improving the UX situation, not on marketing, although between us, that will lead to that too.
Why should you pay attention?

Marketers need to make sure that consumers know how to get the product or service they are selling using different search queries, and then this is reflected in SEO, PPC or social channels.
Now the topic is about attractive content and good design that allows the user to click and enter our site.
Brand loyalty
One of the most important goals of any marketer is to create liking for the brand they are promoting.
User experience helps any marketer succeed in this task if it is done correctly. Ease of navigation of the app or website will make users come back more often, which will help them stay loyal to the brand.
