3. Talk to the company

Post by bithee975 »

Use this channel to communicate good things that are happening within the company (good financial results, new clients, projects delivered on time, positive feedback uk mobile database clients, etc.). Use your Intranet for this purpose, post a message on your Intranet, share the good results. Take the opportunity to do this in person as well.

4. Launch projects and initiatives
This is not a daily activity, of course. Whenever necessary, use this space to invite people, create a digital workspace and invite relevant professionals to interact. This initiative can help a lot, since not everyone is looking at the same thing at the same time. You are in a digital space, so use it! Don't be limited by geographic location.

5. Know your company
Use your Intranet to learn more about who works with you! Connect Linkedin with other company platforms, yes, that is possible, or create a place where people can talk about their projects. By doing this, you will know which employees have already worked with a certain technology or project. This can help you a lot in future decisions.
The list above is not intended to be exhaustive; in fact, it is a very personal list. It is very likely that some features have not been scored. What about you? Do you use social collaboration in your company? Which tool do you use? Comment here!
