I will definitely invest some of my time to improve the customer service of the stores I own: it is an activity that requires a lot of time and resources but that can repay you equally strongly and I am not just talking in economic terms.

Finally, stay up to date. It seems obvious: you work with the world of online marketing = you always have to be on top of the wave. Not everyone does that. I am curious by nature, I like to explore, discover, get out of my comfort zone and I think I will continue on this path!
