My superiors are a great support for my whole team. The team is quite small, so we have easy contact. There is always time once a week to organize a joint meeting and be able to talk and exchange our thoughts. The atmosphere is great both from the managers and the rest of the team.
Talent Days: Did you take part in any workshops at Talent Days?
Paulina: Yes, when it comes to workshops, I took part in one. I also took advantage of many attractions and even managed to win cinema tickets!

recommend the fair to people looking for a job or internship? Or to people who don't have an idea for themselves yet?
Paulina: Definitely yes! I even mentioned to my friends from university that it's worth going there.
Talent Days: What advice would you give to people coming to Talent Days for the first time?
Paulina: I think it's the same one my mother gave me at the fair, which was to try regardless of my fears. If I had listened only to myself, I probably would have decided that I wouldn't get in. It's a lifetime chance to get a job at such a company at the age I am and be able to learn a lot. All you have to do is submit your CV. You don't even have to talk at the beginning. In my opinion, leaving your CV at the employer's stand during the fair is a better option than sending it through a portal, where we are more anonymous.
Talent Days: Yes, you can talk, see each other face to face. And what are your goals for the future? Do you have a specific plan for your professional career?
Paulina: At the moment we are planning to extend the contract, because it was planned for a year. This is my short-term goal at the moment. As for the long-term ones, it is definitely further development, getting into the company, the processes and receiving more and more demanding tasks. It is a great time, especially since the merger of TVN Grupa Discovery with Warner Bros. has just taken place. This opens a million new perspectives for me.
