The Keycall voice bot faced the task of generating leads from cold base calls.
Rem.House automated the call for the first time, managers used to call in the cold room. Cold calling took a lot of their time and gave poor results — they tried delegating the task to a bot.
Replacing the manager with a bot for cold calls
The sales department collects the numbers of those interested in home improvement from open sources. At the time of application, there were ≈ 1,900 contacts in the database, of which only half of the subscribers south korea phone number data picked up the phone. Search for pains and problems of the target audience of the repair business
Close cooperation with the customer helped to integrate the bot into the business process of cold calling and better understand the audience. We found out what people who plan repairs expect, what problems they face when looking for a contractor, and what separates them from buying. The voice bot called all contacts in 2 days and transferred 66 warm customers who were interested in the offer to the sales department.
