How to find your way in a new environment?
Michał felt it was time for a new bank data
challenge. He didn't have a plan yet, but he was looking for an opportunity. In the fall, he took part in Talent Days in Katowice - and it was a bull's eye! During the fair, he approached the American start-up Henry Meds and now, after 8 months of internship, he works as a Scheduling Client Care Coordinator.

Get to know his story, because if you are looking for a job and new challenges - the next edition of the Talent Days job fair is coming soon!

TALENT DAYS: Hi Michał! Thanks for being with us. First, tell us what your vision of the future was when you started looking for a job? Was it a change of position, your first job after college, or something else?

Michał: It was definitely a change of position and previous career plans. I simply felt that I needed new challenges and was looking for something that would better suit my skills and passions.

He chose Talent Days “blindly”
TALENT DAYS: What were your impressions of the Talent Days job fair? In addition to individual conversations with employers, did you actively participate in exploring other companies' stands?

Michał: I admit that I went to Talent Days "blindly", without any specific expectations, not knowing in advance the list of companies that would be present. That is why I looked at the offers of all employers with great interest, looking for positions that matched my skills and passions.

TALENT DAYS: It's been a while since the last job fair. Do you see any advantages over traditional online applications
