Marketing Conversations, Utility and Authentication

In the case of conversations that use templates, we have the conversations of the marketing and utility type. In these cases the conversations are opened only when you initiate a new conversation with a customer and you do not already have an existing previous conversation with that same customer in that category.

Service conversations

This type of conversation opens when an unformatted loan database message is sent between the customer and you, in addition it is necessary that there are no other types of open conversations between the customer and the company.

Customer Service Intervals

Every time a customer starts or replies to a conversation, a window or 24-hour interval called the "customer service interval" opens. This means that whenever the company is within this interval, it will be able to send messages without templates. That is, it will be able to send messages as in a normal conversation. If you are not within this interval, you can only send message templates.

Duration of conversations

As for the duration of conversations, in all these models it lasts 24 hours. This means that for all categories of conversation you will have the 24-hour window to converse with your client and once this window is over, you will be charged for the new conversation when you send a new message.
