UX is a system, it's everything» . So with this definition, UX shakes off for a moment the mere digital dimension that it has been assuming in recent times and takes on the responsibility of designing the user experience in all the touch points that the user has with the product or service with which it interfaces. Since UX is the set of relationships between the user and the product/service and the emotions that derive from this relationship, the goal of UX is user satisfaction and fulfillment .


There are several factors that need to be taken into account in this experiential relationship. First of all, usability , which already gives a first response to the interaction between service/product and thailand phone number list person. If an interface is difficult to use or not very intuitive, the user experience will suffer substantially, and consequently his satisfaction. Furthermore, there are also factors that I would define as subjective and variable: the individual sphere has a huge impact on the user experience.


Here, the mood and emotional sphere of the user also come into play. As well as the context , be it cultural, economic or social. Imagine how different the user experience of any daily habit, such as shopping in our local store or at the supermarket, was before the pandemic era. If these are the factors that define the User Experience , equally fundamental are the elements through which the User Experience can manifest itself, especially from the point of view of digital marketing and branding.
