History of Launchyoo
Launchyoo is pronounced ' launch-yu' . Its name evokes growth, improvement ('launch you') and is deliberately difficult to pronounce, seeking to generate repetition out of curiosity. The logo subtly incorporates the shapes of yin and yang and a wave, and if you look closely, it reminds you of a character from the Simpsons!

This social network was created by Vicente Pechuán Vilar in 2014 while he was working at MotoGP races . “ I remember perfectly that during that period I was quite hooked on social networks, particularly hong kong number data Facebook. I spent hours moving my thumb up and down, wasting time looking at things of little interest and little value. I realized something that has become even more evident in recent times: how Facebook’s AI algorithm always showed me more and more of what it thought I would like to see, with the sole aim of keeping me hooked. In this way, your mind closes and becomes enslaved. In addition, the event coincided with some of the biggest data scandals on that social network. Personally, I do not tolerate this way of doing business, which is ruining our future. For all this, I decided to unsubscribe from all social networks and I searched, but did not find, a valid alternative that was more suited to me, that had the pros of social networks, which are undeniable, but without those cons ” explains Vicente Pechuán. Years later, in 2018, Vicente decided to embark on the great adventure of creating this alternative, longed for by many professionals in the sector.
Today, users are satisfied with the social network, appreciating its technical level and the innovation in the user experience. They also highlight the ease with which it is possible to see the type of content they want, how and from whom, as well as meeting new people with the same interests and chatting with them, posting and replying with audios or giving visibility to their preferred content.
