In the area of customer service, there are opportunities for Dutch web shop owners. What about their site? It has never been easier to build a web shop. A large budget and technical knowledge are no longer necessary. 21 percent of Dutch web shops are made with ready-made web shop software and a quarter of web shop owners use CMS systems such as WordPress, Joomla! and Magento. Ready-made web shops load three times faster than CMS sites.
Furthermore, the research shows that most web shop owners are convinced australia mobile phone number list of the added value that social media platforms offer. Four out of five respondents have a Facebook page, which is mainly used for brand promotion, socializing and customer service. A link between a Facebook or Twitter account and the web shop is missing for the majority of respondents.
