For example, some people cannot use a mouse or have difficulty distinguishing certain colors and contrasts. By prioritizing accessible design principles, such as making all website functions available from a keyboard or using a focus indicator of adequate size and contrast , you can help users with these disabilities consume your content using assistive technology tools.

With that said, let's review who is responsible for developing accessibility guidelines and the specific policy framework they create.

What are AG WG and WCAG 2.0?
AG WG stands for "Accessibility Guidelines Working Group", which is part of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI).

In other words, it's an official group that works to make sure web content standards are in place to support people with disabilities.

The policy framework they wrote is lebanon whatsapp number database called WCAG, which stands for "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines."

In the meantime, they recommend website and application owners to use the latest completed version, WCAG 2.2 .

While these guidelines are gaining popularity, they were actually first created in 1995 by Dr. Gregg Vanderheiden, who also co-chaired the Working Group for WCAG versions 1.0 and 2.0.

In other words, these policies have been re-drafted and continually updated for nearly forty years !

They are also considered "stable and referenceable" because they do not change after publication.

The guidelines are organized into four principles: perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. Each has testable success criteria measured using three levels: A, AA, and AAA.
