The path that the data takes

Post by nusaiba127 »

In the center of the diagram is the project team and the client of "Completo". Our team of specialists performs tasks, and the client accepts the work and signs the acceptance certificates. The data on the certificates is recorded in the team table and is taken into account in the summary table for managers.

1. First, workflow data is collected in the JIRA task portugal consumer email list tracker. There, the service is divided into subtasks, and specialists note (log) the time spent on each stage of the work.

2. Data from JIRA goes into the team's Google spreadsheet. It collects data on all clients, working hours, acts, budgets. Expenses for contractors are also entered there.

3. Data from all Kompleto project teams is collected in a pivot table on Google Sheets. This table is the basis for interaction between teams, departments, and the executive director who manages all processes.

4. The highest level is reporting for agency managers. The table shows revenue, expenses and profit (planned and actual) by quarter. This is what the management is primarily interested in:

Each team also has a tab in Power BI. This tool visualizes the results of work. It receives data from the pivot table. Based on this, Power BI calculates the efficiency and bonuses of employees.

Below is a detailed description of how information is collected at each stage.
