social media planning

Without Todoist, I would have forgotten and lost track of at least half of what I wanted to do. After working enthusiastically with the paper-based Time/System for a good 15 years since 1993 and then several more years with a bullet journal-like notebook system, I couldn't continue like that and so I started using the premium version of Todoist* in 2014.

If you only have a few projects and can do without comments on tasks, labels (tags) and of course reminders, the free version of Todoist is more than sufficient. I appreciated the premium features and the annual price is even cheaper than the annual content for my good old Time/System. You can read more about my Todoist experiences here.

You can see that I am a real Todoist fan. Nevertheless, I am writing in the past tense because

And so I became unfaithful to Todoist in spring 2021. With ClickUp* I discovered a tool that is incredibly flexible and combines a lot of tools under one roof that you would otherwise tend to look for individually and that don't "talk" to each other or only with difficulty. I'm georgia telegram screening not really a fan of "compact solutions", but ClickUp seems to be an exception. I use ClickUp to plan my tasks and projects and am very flexible in how I do it: as a list, as a Kanban board (similar to Trello or Asana), as a mind map (!), in a calendar view or in a timeline or as a Gantt chart. It also has a note function similar to Notion and you can create a task directly from it simply by highlighting a line of text.

You can also create whiteboards with ClickUp - and here too, just highlight a text and create a task directly from it. I actually always prefer individual tools to everything in one - but ClickUp convinces me because everything actually works great on its own - but everything together then adds up to more than the sum of its parts. Here you can learn more about my experiences with.
