Crowdfunding and investments

Post by Arzina699 »

The fintech sector is currently in turmoil, possibly driven by the financial crisis that is now (largely) behind us. We are looking for change, for more transparency, and honesty. And that is reflected in the market. Let's take a look at some important fintech trends of the moment.

To start with: I am not a financial expert. But I do find the fintech sector an exciting sector where there is a great urge for improvement. In addition, as a freelancer I see a lot of start-ups coming along that do great things. That is why I want to share a number of trends that, in my opinion, are currently dominant - including examples that we as end users can use directly to make our lives easier and more beautiful.

Where 'in the past' we could only go to banks australia telegram data 3 million for a loan or financing, this has changed significantly in recent years. And this trend will certainly continue in the coming period.

With the first crowdfunding platforms, it was mainly about making possible projects that we were enthusiastic about as a hobby. After that, it quickly became more serious. Various parties are involved in financing start-ups and scaling up existing companies through crowdfunding. Commercial real estate is also purchased in this way. And the community of investors sees it as a nice alternative to the continuously decreasing savings interest rate.

What Jungo is doing is also exciting : (partly) crowdfunding a mortgage. To offer investors a nice risk/return model, and home buyers a lower mortgage rate. We will hear a lot more about that in the near future. The new generation of starters will need a new mortgage, where the aforementioned transparency and honesty prevail.
