we receive our full compensation

The INPS “percentage” (i.e. the separate management) is not entitled to the 35% discount. This means that it is extremely more expensive than the INPS “fixed” (management of artisans or traders) for a flat-rate worker: especially if the turnover exceeds € 13,000.00.

Financial Benefits
When we talk about financial aspects we are referring to all those operations that interact (or perhaps it is better to say will interact) with the company's liquidity (available money).

The Flat-Rate Regime allows for more liquidity and simpler management of financial flow and margins, thanks to two simplifications, often overlooked, which have major repercussions: the exclusion from the application of withholding tax and the exclusion from the application of VAT on sales.

By excluding the application of professional withholding cambodia email list taxes (those for dependent work are still paid) suffered and made to third parties we have more cash available, because:
without the 20% withholding tax, increasing our cash availability;
We pay our collaborators' salaries in one go, without having to pay the 20% withholding tax later, simplifying financial management.
By excluding the application of VAT on sales, flat-rate taxpayers obtain a higher margin and a more streamlined cash flow, due to the particular functioning of the Tax.

VAT (Value Added Tax) was created to tax consumption and is paid only by the end customer, even if it is paid by companies that pass through the entire sales chain. Thus, each company in the supply chain will pay VAT on purchases to its suppliers and will collect VAT from its customers, paying the difference between what it has collected and what it has paid.

In short, it's a bit like the game of hot potato: the tuber is passed from hand to hand to remain in the fingers of those who can no longer pass it to anyone else.
