This is a really interesting development that uses the digital workplace in a new way for the organization.
The execution of the digital assistant has been excellent from the start, from the design to the architecture.
Liberty Mutual is really innovative in using a chatbot and setting up an independent software company.
This is a long-lasting solution that encourages other departments to also integrate their systems with the digital assistant.
The HR processes in particular have been handled very well, allowing employees and managers to easily view important information and perform actions.
In the planning, the assistant will be further expanded with a full dashboard and speech recognition. This will offer even more value to the organization in the long term.

Intranet as a change agent at Vodafone Ukraine
Besides this deserving platinum winner, there are more interesting examples. I can't discuss them all, but there is one more I would like to share with you.

Vodafone Ukraine consistently uses the intranet to support organizational change, involve employees and improve business processes. The development team supports numerous small use cases with out-of-the-box custom functionalities.
