Classic solutions don't work anymore

Post by jakariabd@ »

Constantly tweaking scripts gives unpredictable results. Hypotheses for improvements are based on the intuition of managers, and manual analysis of the effectiveness of decisions made depends on the mood of the person conducting this analysis. The result is an imitation of vigorous activity , where everyone is very busy generating hypotheses and testing them, but nothing changes or only gets worse.

ROP with a whip is not effective for new-generation employees, moreover, with this approach, not only employees suffer, but also the manager himself. He has to constantly listen to managers' calls and give comments on them, instead of doing strategically important tasks. Constantly "putting out fires" in departments inevitably leads to burnout .

Hiring a separate quality control department also does not solve the united arab emirates mobile database problem. For full control of calls, the QC staff should be equal to the sales staff, but even in such conditions, the speed of processing the material can reach several weeks .

All these solutions are united by several metrics : they are expensive, difficult to implement and, of course, add management hemorrhoids.

Neural networks have changed everything
They made it possible to delegate routine tasks, process huge amounts of information in seconds, and finally free up time for really important tasks. In 2024, no one doubts that neural networks can be assigned boring tasks and they will do them faster, better, and cheaper than humans. Only the lazy don’t use ChatGPT now. So why not assign them more important tasks?
