Loyalty program
Yandex is a huge ecosystem where the same loyalty program is used everywhere - cashback with Plus points.

It is logical that when choosing between two similar products, a marketplace user will give preference to the one that will give them a benefit in the form of points when purchasing it.
When setting the minimum cashback percentage, keep in mind that the seller will pay 0.7%, and the marketplace itself will pay 0.3%. The seller can set a higher cashback, but, of course, at his own expense.
Abandoned Cart
For example, a customer has studied a card, added a product to the cart, but has not made an order. An abandoned cart is a "headache" for all sellers, which they are trying to get rid of with spain consumer email list all their might: "catch up" with these buyers and somehow stimulate them to make an order. On Ozon, for example, there is a discount request for this.
That's why Yandex Market introduced its own mechanics - abandoned cart : sellers can assign an additional discount, which the user will see in the "Promo codes" section in their personal account.
Let's be honest, the discount is so securely "hidden" that marketplace visitors most likely don't see it, because the popularity of the mechanics is not growing, as is the conversion rate into orders for it.
The Client and I tested it for over a month: the promo code was never used, although there were quite a lot of products added to the cart.
We hope that the marketplace will further develop this promotion for buyers.
What’s interesting is that you can connect cashback to individual categories or make it different for each one
