Stop tweeting and start reading.
A study of great leaders reveals some things they have in common. But tweeting isn't one of them.
While it’s an important component of social media and brand exposure, it’s not a huge factor in a leader’s success.
Reading is.On a recent episode of Jeopardy!, the host (Ken Jennings) asked participants to reveal something about success or themselves.

Everyone said their parents strongly encouraged senegal telegram data each of them to read.
Jennings responded that their answer was the most common response he gets to this question. Simply put, leaders are readers.
By not listening, you are telling the other person that they don’t matter.
If there's one skill you need to work on, it's listening.

Not only does listening spark an emotional connection, it helps you to actually gather information.
If they feel important, they will remember their interactions with you. Think about a time when you were talking to someone and you felt like they weren’t listening.
How do you feel? Do you want to continue the conversation?
Complacency is the enemy of excellence.

He told me that the news "blows his mind.
