5 CRM software experiences why CRM projects fail

Post by Mitu100@ »

The study "CRM Practice 2014/15" shows a somewhat surprising result: too complex, too expensive to maintain and too slow, is the conclusion. However, companies have been coming to this conclusion for several years. The real question is therefore: why is this the case? Are there simply no CRM systems that can do this? Or are companies choosing the wrong software, so the systems themselves are fine but simply not suitable for the company?

Our experience with CRM software shows that the latter is usually the case. There are now countless tools on the market, some of which are very well thought out. However, they belize telegram screening do not always find the right users and there are various reasons for this. We would like to take a closer look at five of them.

1. CRM problem: CRM systems are not developed for the users
In larger companies in particular, CRM implementations involve a great deal of effort, both in terms of time and money. It is therefore not without reason that the decision about which software to purchase rests with management. Unfortunately, however, management often has very different requirements for such a system than those who use it on a daily basis. While management would like to see a "cockpit view" at the end of the day or week with an overview of all the results, where they can compare figures and see who has not met their target again, "the average user" just wants to work smoothly and do their job.

But things usually don't run "smoothly" when you have to fill in tons of fields whose purpose you don't understand at all, but without which you can't get any further. Then there are hours of training to know at least a fraction of the available functions. In addition, you then wait forever for a CRM tanker to reload because the loading process is delayed by countless functions - even if 90% of these functions are not used at all.
