Keywords with questions - With direct answer

Post by rochon.a1.119 »

There are several types of questions that Google can answer.

The most notable ones are those we will describe below:

1.- Direct response questions (DAQ)
These are keywords that begin with “What”, “Which”, “Where”, “Who”, “When”, “Why”, etc.

When a user asks something like “What is the name of our galaxy?” the intention is to get a direct answer, which in this case will be “The Milky Way.”

Google accurately predicts user intent by leveraging the power norway mobile database of Hummingbird powered by semantic search technology and returns an accurate answer for the user as you can see in the screenshot below.

Similarly, Google returns a direct answer for other types of questions provided in the examples you can see below.

For a question like “What is the longest river in the world?”, Google returns the direct answer “Amazon” after accurately predicting the answer from Q&A sites like Quora.
