How does the compulsory-free system work for my member support?

The duty
Let's start with the mandatory part. The mandatory program includes two time slots that I dedicate to looking after the members - they are the first thing I do in the morning and the last thing I do in the evening.

During these times, I check the Circle Facebook group to see if members have any questions. If so, I usually answer them immediately.

Sometimes the questions are relatively simple and I have the answer ready. Then the matter is settled.

Often, however, new members germany telegram screening find it difficult to describe their problem at all. Then I ask lots of questions, sometimes a lot of them, to find out what the problem is. This applies to questions about online and social media marketing as well as "technical" questions that members also ask me.

If the member is online at the time I answer the question, a dialogue often develops and the solution is usually found surprisingly quickly. If I notice that the member is not (or no longer) online, I wait until I receive a notification.

I usually answer the questions in writing, sometimes as a video – or in a series of screenshots – whichever is more useful and admittedly faster for me.
