I recently became a father for the third time. Now we are 5 at home: a 4-year-old girl, a 2-year-old boy and a 3-month-old baby. I am also running 2 companies (Quondos and Beguerrilla) without counting the countless projects I have in parallel.

You will understand that I have no time for sports, social life and even less for having a blog. “I don’t have time” is the most common excuse for not being able to keep a blog or any other initiative that you japan phone number code would like to carry out. Anyone would perfectly understand my situation and it would not really be interpreted as an excuse because there are two important reasons that prevent me from doing what I like (work and family).
The truth is that I have been writing daily for more than 4 years here and recently also in Zenguerrilla. For the past 6 months I have been doing sports practically every day of the week. My days are intense but I always have time to disconnect once the kids are in bed. If you want to know how I do it, you can take a look at Juan's day that is quite similar to mine.
Once you've read this post, you'll have an idea of what you can do to balance family life with anything else . The first step is to want to do it, take it seriously and not look for excuses. It's so simple and so complicated at the same time. If I can do it, you can too.
PS: I already touched on this topic in 2012. At that time, I “just” had a company and a daughter.
