What changes for private companies from 2025

The principles of the legislation state that digital contents must be POUR, that is:
Perceivable, sensory perception: means that anyone must be able to access digital content with at least one of the senses available to them, in an easy manner;

From June 2025 , with the full entry into force of the European Accessibility Act , private companies will have to ensure the full accessibility of their digital services. Failure to comply could lead to administrative sanctions but above all , significant reputational damage .
